Defensible Space Inspection

The RAFC offers a service to its membership to provide an on-site inspection of your home; called a "Defensible Space Assessment" (DSA). 

As the RAFC has explained in earlier group meetings, the purpose of these inspections
(as performed by the RAFC) is to:

• Alert you to issues that could be sited when formal inspections are performed on your property.
  (i.e., These RAFC-conducted DSAs ought to be seen as "rehearsals" to a formal inspection.)

• The RAFC's inspections should not be seen as an official DSA as performed by CALFire.
